1. Who we are

Our services are provided by Giuseppe Sabatino trading as Yesmo, [Business address], email hello@yesmo.co.uk. We are not VAT-registered, so there is no VAT to add to any price.

2. How the contract is made

We send you a free proof and a quote by email. The contract starts when you reply “yes” to that email (or otherwise confirm in writing). These terms apply to every order.

3. Packages and prices

  • Starter: £549. Up to 5 pages, contact form, map, basic local SEO.
  • Business: £999. Up to 10 pages, copywriting, booking or enquiry forms, gallery, analytics, fuller local SEO, and editing it yourself.
  • Online shops: from £1,750, quoted to your needs.
  • Pay Monthly: £79/month with a 24-month minimum, nothing upfront, hosting and Care included.
  • Care: £29/month. Care Plus: £49/month. Both have a 12-month minimum.
  • Editing it yourself: included in Business; £10/month on Starter.
  • All prices are final, with no VAT to add.

4. Add-ons

  • Online booking on Starter: £75 (one-off; included in Business)
  • Extra area page: £50 (per page; genuinely local content, never copy-paste pages)
  • Instant quote calculator: £150 (one-off; you give us your pricing rules)
  • Edit it yourself on Starter: £10 (per month; included in Business)
  • Newsletter sign-up: £50 (one-off; links to your own newsletter tool)
  • Extra page beyond your plan: £75 (per page; Business is often better value)
  • Large allergen menu set-up: £100 (one-off; menus over 40 items; you sign off the allergen data)
  • Add-on prices are final, with no VAT to add.

5. Timescales

We aim to send your free proof within 2 working days of your first email, and to put Starter sites live within 7 days of your “yes”. These are targets, not guarantees, and depend on you sending the content we need (text, photos, details and any approvals) promptly. If anything you supply arrives late, the dates move accordingly.

6. Ownership

  • You own your content (words, photos, logos) and your domain name from day one.
  • You get a full static export of your site, which you can host anywhere, when any of these happens: your 24 months of Pay Monthly are complete, your Starter or Business site is paid off, or you leave Care.
  • The framework code we build sites with stays ours. We license it to you to use with your site, including after export.

7. Domains

We register and hold your domain in Yesmo’s Cloudflare account on your behalf. It is yours, and we transfer it to you or your chosen provider free of charge whenever you ask.

8. Care and edits

  • Care includes hosting, SSL, backups, security updates and 30 minutes of edits a month. Care Plus includes 2 hours of edits a month, a monthly report and priority support.
  • One edit means up to 30 minutes of changes. Unused edit time does not roll over to the next month.
  • We respond to edit requests within 2 working days on Care and within 1 working day on Care Plus.
  • Care and Care Plus have a 12-month minimum term, then continue month to month until cancelled.

9. Your responsibilities

  • Make sure the content you give us is accurate, lawful and yours to use (or that you have permission).
  • Only give us reviews and testimonials you have the reviewer’s permission to publish, and photos you have the right to use, including the consent of anyone shown in before/after photos.
  • If your business is regulated (for example solicitors, dentists, clinics, accountants or any CQC-registered provider), give written sign-off on all regulatory content before your site goes live.
  • Keep your accreditations current. We re-check every displayed credential on the official register at each Care renewal and remove any that have lapsed.
  • For menus, supply and sign off allergen information. We publish it as you give it.

10. Online shops

Small catalogues use Stripe Payment Links; larger shops use Shopify Basic. You hold the account with Stripe or Shopify and pay their platform and transaction fees directly.

11. Payment

Payment timings for one-off packages and add-ons are set out in your quote. Monthly plans are billed monthly.

12. Cancellation

  • Most of our clients are businesses. Business clients may cancel before work starts at no cost; after that, you pay for work done so far.
  • If you are a consumer (buying for yourself, not for a business), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract starting, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start work within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay for the work done up to that point. If the service is fully completed within the 14 days at your request, the right to cancel ends.
  • To cancel, email us. After any minimum term, monthly plans can be cancelled with one month’s notice by email.

13. Our liability

  • Our total liability to you for anything arising from our services or this website is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
  • If you are a business, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
